The Conco Companies is providing a full range of concrete services on a 12-story, 145-foot tall mixed-use building in Portland, OR.  The Modera Glisan will offer 291 residential units on the upper floors and retail and commercial space at ground level that will face all four adjacent streets. In addition, the Modera Glisan will have an underground parking garage with an estimated 223 parking spots as well as long-term parking for 445 bicycles.
