The project was for a rebuild and an enlargement for the Peter Kirk Elementary School. The building is approximately 78,000 sq. ft. with a capacity for 690 students. The buidling consists of 30 standard classrooms plus music, art/science rooms, ELL/SN/special education, library, cafeteria/commons, gymnasium, and outdoor covered play area.
